Follow Up Romania

As members of the 'Forza Junior Costuleni' Club who participated in the 'Sporty Mental' project, we had the opportunity to organize a local dissemination activity in Iași, Romania, at the 'Sala Sporturilor Tomești'. The focus was to share our experiences from the "Sporty Mental" project with the children in attendance (approximately 30 participants. We enthusiastically described how much fun we had throughout the project and how every day was filled with engaging activities—there wasn't a single dull moment.

What made the experience even more special was the diversity of the participants, coming from six different countries. This multicultural environment helped us improve our communication skills, step out of our comfort zones, and embrace non-formal education. We also gained valuable insights into the mental aspects of sports.

During the session, we presented strong arguments to encourage the children to participate in similar projects, emphasizing the numerous benefits they could gain. Each of us shared our favorite moments, followed by a general overview of the project's activities and objectives. To make everything more relatable, we showcased a few engaging video clips, allowing the children to get a glimpse of the dynamic activities we were involved in.

It was a rewarding experience to inspire the younger generation and promote the value of such enriching programs.
